Systemic Food Design

The Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche (University of Gastronomic Sciences) and Comieco present Systemic Food Design, a web site which supports final consumers in understanding how complex agricultural and food production is, from production itself, to packaging, to sell.

The web site, originating from the research of the students in Approccio Sistemico alla Gastronomia (Systemic Approach to Gastronomy), coordinated by prof. Franco Fassio, Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomic Sciences – Pollenzo (CN) (www.unisg.it), allows small businessmen to think about the production of quality food, taking into account environmental, economic, social and taste-related issues. The research work on the part of students and the design and implementation of the web site have been supported by Comieco, Consorzio Nazionale Recupero e Riciclo degli Imballaggi a base cellulosica. The web site has been designed by Molecole Sistemiche and developed by Sinbit.
